An Interview With Shattered | UDS Interviews

For the unfortunate few who don’t know who you are, would you mind introducing yourselves?

Shattered: Hello, I am Tony Pettry from Shattered. We are a Thrash/ Black Metal band out of Tampa Bay, Florida.

In the effort of getting know each other better – if you could be a sandwich, what sandwich would you be?

Shattered: Hahaha, Pretty odd question but you I would have to be a turkey sandwich with miracle whip.

Tell us about your upcoming album…

Shattered: We’re going to be releasing our album Skinwalker this year and its going to be epic.

Have you had a chance to tour the release yet?

Shattered: We haven’t been on tour yet for this release but we would love to be invited to the UK/Europe to show you what we got.

Have you got any crazy tour stories you can share with the world?

Shattered: I was on tour once in South Carolina and somehow after the show, everyone that was in the club ended up on the roof of the club partying. I was not expecting that at all. Surprised the owner let it happen.

Here at Upside Down Shark we discuss a wide breadth of pop-culture, including music, movies, TV, video games and the like. So with that in mind, if you could have a track featured in anything, whether it be any of the above on even a wrestling theme, what would it be?

Shattered: I always thought our song Pride needed to be a walkout song for wrestling or a MMA fighter.

Name one thing on your band bucket list…

Shattered: At the moment it would be to get this album done and hit the road.

What would be your inspirational quote to share with the world?

Shattered: My personal quote is “Live life the way you want to be remembered”.

What does 2020 have in store for Shattered?

Shattered: New album and tour! Wen also have a couple big shows coming up.

What’s your favourite shark?

Shattered: It would have to be the Great White because of all the Jaws movies.
